We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or other measurable business results. SEO results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions.

6.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebProm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our platform or services.

6.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebProm, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination of Service
